So what's up with capitalizing all first letters of each word huh?!LOL
Clearly, I am in no 100% composed and sane mind that I need to start this blog with an apology (that this might be something you need to reread and recomprehend due to the blogger's lack of thought organization) and a surreal blur of mambo-jambo.
For starters, I have all this CRAZED UP ideas inside my cerebellum and to put them under one blog would mean a total fiasco. And as much as I would want to sit all morning, type in and copy-paste things for my larger than life blog (did I mention I am not in my best state of writing prowess as we speak? Or is it as I type? whatev. :D ), I simply don't have the luxury of time, art and "muchness". Blogging is nowhere near an easy task mind you.
So, in celebration of the New Year, I have decided to simply mash things up a bit. I have concluded that it would be best to jump start my 2013 blog entry with the non-sentimental. And I seriously needed to deviate from the usual, "What is your 2013 New Year's resolution". Come on! We're not in 6th grade anymore.
Now let me present to you, my outfit posts aptly named "Blue and Comfort"
gray top and studded shorts - Forever 21 || plum beaded necklace - gifted from Rica
I chose these pieces mainly for comfort. And if you may have noticed, I didn't bling myself that much other than the beaded necklace (which by the way, was a major doable piece either with kimonos or on laid back outfits such as this).
tee and leggings - Forever 21 || champagne flats - So Fab! || aztec printed bag - Tonic (gifted from Jing²) || beaded turquoise necklace - bazaar find
To welcome the second day of January and as the official comeback of almost everyone at work, I opted to make things - light and stretchable. I was also aiming in having my beloved aztec bag take the spotlight. It's just so adorable and wearable. Fits my boho lifestyle.
And if you're gonna ask me what's my BIG BAG BOOM dream outfit for this year, it's going to be this:
I know. It was hard not squeezing in the bohemian feel. I mean, I have been breathing that style for more than a year now that it has literally become a lifeline to me. But, I never wanted to dull my senses. Thus, the heels. (Holy crap! I think I have just catapulted myself to a near-death disaster with this monstrosity!) Now that's just me overreacting. I have not worn a 4-inch heel ever in my life, that the thought of wearing one is heartbreaking. Well, a mixture of anxiety and excitement that is. It will probably take all of my will power and body coordination to walk with poise and deduce the possibility of falling flat (and HARD) on my ass! But as the great NASCO would say, "If it scares you, then it must be something greater than you". Oh yes, my dear 4 inch heels. You are in so much trouble. And you better know who the boss between us two. And it ain't gonna be you!
Now I am talkin' gangsta. Tsk.tsk. Cheers!!!
